The production base of XinTianhe Bio
The production base of XinTianhe Bio is situated in the Kexing Bio-Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, located in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, covering an area of approximately 90,000㎡. Leveraging over 30 years of fermentation technology expertise from its parent company and the advanced international GMP industrial park platform, XinTianhe Bio has established a pilot-scale industrialization platform which comprises a fermentation and transformation facility, an extraction and refinement unit, and a research and development testing center. It focuses on the research and production of synthetic biological raw materials for food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical intermediates, with an annual production capacity of 300 tons. The production workshop adheres to GMP standards and is equipped with state-of-the-art fermentation and purification equipment, as well as sophisticated inspection instruments.
XinTianhe is committed to becoming an industrial model of green manufacturing. It conducts cooperative research in strain construction and process research and development areas, and has advantages such as green and low-carbon production processes and leading technological levels. We have currently passed FSSC22000, HALAL and KOSHER certifications. Through rigorous and standardized process control, the stability and reliability of product quality are guaranteed, and the quality has reached the international advanced level.
